Awake into Movement is a series of short morning meditations (25 min) that use simple movement and breath exercises to nourish, support, activate and soothe your nervous system.

Each Awake into Movement session focusses on a practical embodied exercise that can easily be incorporated into your daily life for nervous system support.
We begin with the short facilitated exercise, followed by a 10 – 15 minute movement meditation to practice the exercise and awaken the body.
Awake into Movement is borne out of our desire to create an easily accessible regular movement meditation that we can practice, in community, from our own homes.
